Rahel did a horrific job with my haircut. I came in for a trim and stated that I wanted ¼ to ½ of an inch taken off. She only heard inch and took off one inch of hair. When I stated that it was too short she said it was too late. The sides of my head are cut super unevenly very noticeable. She cut into my sideburns which I was growing out. When Rahel took the mirror to show me the back of my head I saw a clear chunk taken out right at the back of my head My bangs are all jigidyjank. I myself could've done better than Rahel. Please take Rahel though training once more and understand customer service more or find her a different position in your establishment. I don't want others to receive the same treatment as I did
