Very happy for my haircut done by Kendra, she was super friendly, explained what & how she's going to do. Got out with new great looks.

My husband just took my 12 yr old to the belt line location for a haircut. We have been going here for about a year if not longer. My son said he wanted a 1 on the sides. The girl shaved his head BALD!!! now I have a very upset 12 yr old. I called and was told there were no notes in the system for his previous cuts and that I should write a review.
